Neighbor thwarts burglary attempt
CLIFTON — An alert neighbor not only foiled a burglary, he was instrumental in apprehending the burglar too, say police. When the 64-year-old Lorraine Drive man saw a truck in his neighbor’s driveway on Wednesday afternoon he became suspicious, said detective Capt. Robert Rowan.
