Who else is surprised to hear about Ryan Mallet going back to Michigan?
Ever since Rich Rod was spotted playing golf in Fayetteville, AR Saturday morning, all the talk about has been on Mallet and the possibilty of him going back. Well it appears that just may be whats going on.
I seriously doubt that this will happen mainly because it was Mallet who didn’t want to be in Michigan in the first place. Both Mallet and Rod split amicably and that was that. Another thing, Mallet is looking to be a college starter. If he went back to Michigan, he would all the tools to be a starter in the division, however, wouldn’t be able to run Rod’s Run/Gun style offense. Plus, he hasn’t been going through all of their training or studying playbooks. It just wouldn’t make sense to me.
