Seniors 55+park in central florida, that you don’t pay huge lot rents. Own the land. Where are they??
I am looking for a retirement park where there is no lot lot rent, and you own the land. Best sceniro would be also a golf course.
I think this will be hard to find in the greater Orlando area, but there are a few outlying towns that might have something like this. Check out The Villages (it’s a city called The Villages off of the turnpike), Belleair Bluffs and Clearmont. These are the few I’ve heard of or seen commercials for.
